The Permanent Solution For A Confident, Functional Smile

From Missing Teeth to Complete Smiles

Tooth loss triggers subtle yet consequential changes over time, even if just a single tooth. Adjacent teeth may shift, fostering bacteria growth and bite issues, while the underlying bone atrophies, leading to facial changes and gum recession. Beyond functional implications like compromised nutrition and altered speech, tooth loss often affects self-esteem, impacting social and professional life.

At Easy Smile Implant Studio, we offer dental implant solutions that address functionality and personalized aesthetics, ensuring a comfortable and affordable journey towards a naturally-looking, restored smile under the expertise of Dr. Benjamin Immerman, Dr. Jennifer Katz, and our dedicated team.

What are Dental Implants?

Dental implants consist of three parts. The screw-like post is fabricated from biocompatible titanium or zirconia to replace your natural tooth root. The abutment is a small metal piece placed on or built into the top of the dental implant that connects to the replacement tooth or teeth.

A custom-made zirconia crown, bridge, or full mouth prosthesis is carefully crafted to match your natural teeth and attached to the implant abutments to complete the restoration. Zirconia offers beautiful and natural-looking aesthetics, is solid and resistant to chips, and can even withstand tooth grinding (bruxism).

Are You A Candidate?

Steps in Your Smile Transformation

Although most adults who visit our practice are already candidates for single or full mouth dental implants in Clearwater, FL, Dr. Katz will evaluate your oral health to determine if you’re a candidate for dental implants and if preliminary treatments are required. In addition to an oral exam, we’ll ask about your medical history and any current conditions or lifestyle factors (e.g., smoking) that could influence the outcome of implant surgery.

Cone-beam computed tomography evaluates your jawbone health, sinuses, and nerves and guides dental implants' precise, strategic placement. Before you leave, we’ll discuss the steps involved in implant surgery, provide preoperative guidelines, and schedule your procedure.
Once Dr. Katz creates your treatment plan, Dr. Immerman will administer sedation and make small incisions to your gums to access the underlying bone. He will place 4-6 implants at specific angles within your jawbone. Once your implants are placed, Dr. Immerman will attach your abutment connector, and Dr. Katz will affix your temporary prosthesis.

Before you leave, we’ll address any concerns and review postoperative instructions to ensure a complication-free recovery. With your temporary prosthesis, you can enjoy all the benefits of your new smile without the wait!
Over the next 3-6 months, your implant posts will fuse to your jawbone through osseointegration. This integration creates a solid, durable foundation to support your final set of teeth. Once your implants have healed, Dr. Katz will place your final restorations, custom-crafted from durable, beautiful materials, to give you a dream smile you’ll love for years. Full mouth dental implants can last a lifetime with proper at-home care and regular checkups!
